The Tierra Grande Subdivision is located in beautiful Fort Bend County along the San Bernard River. We have lots of beautiful oak trees, gorgeous sunsets, peace and quiet!

We are a private subdivision and no public hunting or fishing is allowed. Tresspassers will be prosecuted and deed restrictions are strictly enforced.

 

UPCOMING COMMUNITY MEETING

Tierra Grande Landowners Association will hold a community meeting on June 14, 2026, to discuss the proposed HOA dues increase and allow members to vote on the increase. Please note this is not an additional increase, this is regarding the 2026 increase to $20 an acre.

All property owners are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and participate in the voting process.

Please include your name, property address, and whether you vote in favor of the dues increase.
